Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and hi774 governing your use of the Platform. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

You confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following before proceeding:

• You are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction (minimum 21 years of age).
• You access the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an Account on the hi774 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hi774 strictly enforces this minimum age and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person registering in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, which will serve as the primary identifier for your Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of hi774, any affiliated entity, or any game-content provider whose products appear on the Platform.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one Account on the hi774 Platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and the creation of a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not share your Account login details with any other person. hi774 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials confidential.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet registered to your Account at the time of the withdrawal request.
• hi774 reserves the right to perform identity and age verification checks at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal or awarding a bonus. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in Account suspension.
• You must notify hi774 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

hi774 reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closure, hi774 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder via their registered mobile number. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure due to inactivity will be returned to the Player's registered mobile wallet within 30 days.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hi774 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hi774 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. hi774 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the mobile wallet or bank account registered to the Player's Account.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. hi774 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's mobile network operator or mobile financial service.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may be longer subject to verification requirements.
• hi774 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of compliance with bonus wagering requirements.

Players are responsible for any applicable taxes or levies on winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. hi774 does not provide tax advice and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hi774 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Each player is entitled to claim any given welcome bonus offer only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or duplicate Account is considered bonus abuse and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
• hi774 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to a Player's Account will be honoured subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• Where a Player uses a bonus in conjunction with a bet that is later voided, reversed, or identified as part of a fraudulent transaction pattern, hi774 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

hi774 may verify eligibility before awarding any promotional offer. Players who are suspected of systematic bonus exploitation — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, the use of automated tools, or coordinated multi-account activity — may have their promotional privileges suspended without notice pending investigation.

Responsible Gaming

hi774 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools that are accessible from your Account settings. hi774 strongly encourages all Players to use these tools to manage their gambling activity and to seek help if gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase to a previously set limit will take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. A self-exclusion request must be submitted via the hi774 support channel. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for its full duration.
• Reality checks: Players may enable session-time reminders that notify them of the duration of their current playing session at regular intervals, helping them stay aware of the time spent on the Platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi774 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Money laundering, structuring, or any other use of the Platform to conceal the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person to open an Account for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulently obtained identity documents during the KYC verification process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hi774 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, user-interface designs, game assets, and written content, is the exclusive property of hi774 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of hi774. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if hi774 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hi774's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

hi774 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice displayed on the Platform no fewer than seven days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting hi774 support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and hi774, Players are encouraged to contact hi774 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. hi774 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days Bangladesh Standard Time.
